Streaming Music for Your Car

Around November of last year, MOG introduced an app that was compatible with some car audio systems which allowed the user to stream music through their car stereo with the use of their phone.

What’s More Involved?

The question arises, is dealing with something like streaming music in your car more distracting than say searching for a radio station? Not really. What about the fact that the same app allows you to have your emails dictated the by an electronic voice… Out loud? This may be a little more distracting however it is certainly a great deal safer than texting or reading a text while driving. Ideally, one should pull over to deal with anything more complicated than choosing music.

Why Stream Music Into Your Car?

Why ask why? Seriously, even if you have satellite radio ($$$) it remains somewhat limited. Having all your favorite music in your iPhone or having a pile of CDs handy is great but eventually becomes repetitious. And don’t even think about listening to boring old regular, commercial filled, standard radio stations. Ugh.

Streaming music into your car means no commercials and the ability to change it up at will. Now we’re talking! (Actually there is no talking; just listening.)
